Stark Stretch App Reviews

First time app user

Ive gone through one full body stretch and Im looking forward to using the app on a regular basis as a cool down. I wish the app would do a "left side" / "right side" stretch, although I was able to do 4 sets and just switch from side to side. Additionally I find the stretch videos a little too subtle. Lastly breath coaching would go a long way. Everything aside its a great simple app that has plenty of stretches and tracks your progress. Well done and recommended!

Fits my wish list better than competitors

I tried a half dozen stretching apps trying to find one with a clean interface, useful images of how to perform the stretch, and the flexibility to generate my own routines. VT Stretch fits the bill. In future updates it would be great if they would expand the library of stretches. But I still think it is a five star app right now.

Great App

It allows you to customize your stretching routine. I run and strength train, so I can I can set up different programs depending on which exercise routine Im performing! Its true that the stretches are unilateral but all you have to do to remedy that is enter the exercise twice. Some people dont have 2 arms or 2 legs. Geez! Cant make everyone happy. Its an awesome app!

VT apps are the best!

This is my fourth VT app. Needed a stretch day to rest tired muscles...this is awesome. These apps are simple, they offer a whole lot of variety and keep you coming back for more. Thanks VT creators

Quick and easy

No complains at all. Simple, easy start, does not disturb with annoyances. Cool

Pls enlarge the instruction pictures

… all displays are larger as your exercises photos. Why that ? To train my eyes ?

Great

Help me to wake up relaxing the body. Well functional

This is sort of useless...

So yeah, it has stretches. They are good stretches and the pretty fit girl is pleasant to look at. But the "videos" arent more than gifs that dont explain anything. Sometimes the angle they took the picture from isnt very clear, so you arent sure you are doing it right. Also you can set up programs... Which they give you no explanation on how to do that so after about 10 minutes of doing it wrong, I figured it out but then realized it doesnt help. The program still only shows you one excersise than stops...so you constantly have to stop what you are doing to choose the next one. And why are they even "videos" when, given what they show you they could have easily been pictures. I regret paying for this.

Great for beginners

Easy to follow

Do not like

There seems to be no instruction for each of the stretches there also seems to be no flow to the routine and I dont like that at all. Also theres only one workout routine with this app not happy about that either. I would like at least three one for beginners, intermediate and advanced. If this app was set up like the app Yoga Studio I think it would be awesome. Sorry just being honest I am looking for 15-30-60 min routines that I can do before/after I go for a run.

The only thing

I like the app, but what would put on the love list is a voice with timer warning you of time ending etc... So I could focus on the exercise instead of the time. Feb 24/15 Was going to up the star I gave because I had a voice countdown and loved it. Made my stretching really effective because I didnt have to look at timer anymore. But it stopped working. Would like to know why?

Simple, smart, love it

This was exactly the kind of simple, smart stretching app I was looking for! Tried 3 others before this, now I can stop looking! Thank you!!

Love the concept

4 thumbs for development

Looking forward for new exercises

Wish there were even more exercises

Good, but where are sounds?!

Nice, but I expected voice comments to each exercise..

Nice app

It would be nice to have a better detailed description of the exercise. Some times it is non completely clear the difference between an exercise and the previous one.

Nice selection but needs more features

I purchased this since there seems to be a lack of decent stretching options that dont cost a lot. I actually do think they have a nice selection of stretches in here, but they do not have any instructions with the stretches. There are videos, but they only show the final position of the stretch with no guidelines or instructions of how to properly perform the stretch. If they added that, I think it would be a nice stand alone stretch app.

Very good app!!!!

Love this app , helps me with my clients

Database of stretches

This shows dozens of exercises, but the videos dont show how to enter the pose, just a static picture of the trainer already in the pose. No description is offered other than the name of the stretch (Abs1, Abs2 etc.)

Awesome

For someone who sometimes like to exercise these stretches helped me and makes my exercise easier and I dont hurt...
