Do not like
There seems to be no instruction for each of the stretches there also seems to be no flow to the routine and I dont like that at all. Also theres only one workout routine with this app not happy about that either. I would like at least three one for beginners, intermediate and advanced. If this app was set up like the app Yoga Studio I think it would be awesome.
Sorry just being honest I am looking for 15-30-60 min routines that I can do before/after I go for a run.
