This is sort of useless...

So yeah, it has stretches. They are good stretches and the pretty fit girl is pleasant to look at. But the "videos" arent more than gifs that dont explain anything. Sometimes the angle they took the picture from isnt very clear, so you arent sure you are doing it right.
Also you can set up programs... Which they give you no explanation on how to do that so after about 10 minutes of doing it wrong, I figured it out but then realized it doesnt help.
The program still only shows you one excersise than stops...so you constantly have to stop what you are doing to choose the next one. And why are they even "videos" when, given what they show you they could have easily been pictures.
I regret paying for this.
