First time app user
Ive gone through one full body stretch and Im looking forward to using the app on a regular basis as a cool down.
I wish the app would do a "left side" / "right side" stretch, although I was able to do 4 sets and just switch from side to side.
Additionally I find the stretch videos a little too subtle.
Lastly breath coaching would go a long way.
Everything aside its a great simple app that has plenty of stretches and tracks your progress.
Well done and recommended!
