Very good app. Lots of stretches, many I have never seen before. Check it out.

Very helpful

A good resource

Could be great

I appreciate how some effort was put into making this app look good. Compared to many of the other stretching apps out there, this one feels like it belongs on the iPad. Clean interface and clean videos. Now, unfortunately some things are missing. Even though its obvious, it would be helpful to have videos for switching sides on exercised that work out the sides individually. The whole point of being guided is to be told what to do. Currently all the videos are of a single side. ( only stretching the right leg, for instance ) I also would have like more preset workouts. You only get one, and if you dont particularly care for it, you have to create the rest yourself. And finally, it would be good to have a written explanation as well, for when the videos are not self evident.

Great stretches

Like the fact that you can create your own workouts and set the timers!

Expensive for what it does

Videos that doesnt even move? Just a few exercises. I want to buy TRX app and ball app, but after this... Mmmm... I doubt it.

Great App

This is an amazing fitness app and I suggest you buy it.

Nice full body stretches

Use it before my main workout to stretch and warm up. Good job!

Good work

Helpful and fun - however, as someone else noted, helping us with the obvious (switching sides) would be nice. Thanks

Audio

Only issue I have is that it doesnt have sound.

More moves

I wish there were more exercises on here, when I google TRX there are a lot more exercises out there and has a trainer I feel I need more then the basics!

Excellent app to help get your stretch on...

I stretch every morning to help with a stiff back and, well, just about every other muscle group in my body. This is an excellent app to help ensure you hit all of the major muscle groups. I like the stairs as a motivating tool as well!

Good App,

Useful, attractive...keep improving the app

Pushes me

I am a personal trainer and I like virtual trainer apps because they keep me on track like I would keep my clients on task! Great!

Good, but could be great

Clean, functional interface with great (ahem) videos. Still, needs recognition that I cannot get all the nuances from just a video demonstration, and I am usually stretching limbs on both sides of my body. Please consider adding either written or spoken instructions for each stretch, and add some more pre-defined workouts. Thanks!

Good app

This app is well designed and flows well. Im very impressed by the aesthetic qualities. However, it does need more stretch variation in order to move from a good app to a great app.

WOW great Stretch

Could you please put more for back and a few its difficult to make out like neck4 on what to do. But still 4 out of 5 stars!!!

Okay

I gave this app a 3 star rating because the stretching routine was just one side of the body. So, half way through the stretch I would switch sides.

Works well for me

I always need guidance for stretching, these are great and easy to follow!

Great app(s)

This is a great app to get you stretching. My trainer has been on me to stretch, but I never have. Now vt guides me through. I also own VT Suspension. That app is awesome too. Completely transformed my body (in conjunction with clean diet within my macros).

Good Library, Adequate Execution

The thing about an app meant to be used as a guide to doing tasks - like working out - is that its flaws only really become evident when you put it to use. Everything that sold me on this app from the product description is there: a wide selection of exercises, including multiple options for the same muscle group; customizable timers and counters, create your own workout routine, and so on. So those are there, and they work well. Where it fails is in being a usable guide during the stretch. The "videos" might as well be still pictures, and only then if they were illustrating a text on performing the exercise. You need to either provide this text, or lengthen the videos to include more motion of the model, from neutral to getting into position to performing the stretch, ideally from both sides. One particular addition that would improve this for me is an animation on the model highlighting exactly where we should be feeling the stretch, to help make sure were doing it right. My advice to any potential buyers is to be aware that while this is a decent app, there is rome for improvement. And absent that improvement, this one offers little that isnt being offered by other stretching apps for less money.
